Competition Entry Requirements

You are required to:

  1. Submit your name, surname, email address and contact telephone number.
  2. Submit one (1) coloured photograph of yourself holding your culinary creation.
  3. Submit a short paragraph of why you would love to win this competition.
  4. Subscribe to our Newsletter.
  5. Send your entry to chefandy@internationalculinarystudio.com.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Must be living in New Zealand.
  2. Must be 16 years or older to enter.
  3. Must have access to a computer and internet to complete your course.
  4. For home practicals, you need to have access to your own kitchen equipment and ingredients as per the course requirements.
  5. Major prize winner must be able to attend our nearest City & Guilds Examination Centre for final practical and theory exam.
  6. Winners will be notified by email and telephoned on the 14th of August 2017, and must be available for a photoshoot thereafter.
  7. If English is not your first language, you will be required to provide evidence of your English Language skills.  This is an IELTS result of a General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.  Fore more information please visit www.ielts.org
  8. Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. All other International Culinary Studio Standard Terms & Conditions apply.

  1. Artistic Presentation
    • Use of Colour
    • Originality
    • Degree of Difficulty
    • Effort
  2. Winner is to demonstrate the passion and desire to enter the culinary world of Patisserie as a profession, and be successful in this field.
